It is true that the Gods have endowed Provence with more than its fair share of natural resources! But sitting around waiting until the Mistral blows a few "high added value" gold nuggets is no longer enough to assure its economic development and vitality. I-n-n-o-v-a-t-I-o-n is essential! - to carry on from where these generous divine donors left off, and promote its other more human qualities …
The
Home Sweet Home program initiated by Provence Promotion in 2002 to encourage expatriate executives to return "here" from "there" is one of these major innovations that legitimizes and reinforces the role of an economic development agency!
After three successes (Mountain View and Boston in 2003, and London in 2004), this program will be presented in Montreal within the seminar entitled "Innovate in Provence" organized in Montreal on December 2.
For everyone who won't be there, we include four stories from "here" and from "there", describing the genesis and successes of this wonderful "reasoned adventure!".
