Seeking a buyer for an industrial plant located at Nestle's Saint Menet site in Marseille, France.

The Prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region has appointed the Marseille Chamber of Commerce and Industry to launch a search for a buyer for an industrial plant specialized in the production of chocolate confectionery.
Nestle will provide technical and financial support to the buyer of this chocolate-producing industrial facility.
The technical specifications applicable to the transfer can be consulted on the web site of Provence Promotion, the Economic Development Agency for the Bouches-du-Rhône, at www.investinprovence.com.
Note that these technical specifications also mention industrial assets  used in the production of coffee products, which may be partially transferred by Nestle, but without any technical or financial support.
Interested buyers are asked to submit a letter of interest with supporting argumentation by e-mail to provence-promotion@provence-promotion.fr by September 27, before midnight (GMT+1).
