The way Marseille is laid out means Euroméditerranée can expand northwards over 169 hectares, thus entering a second phase. This second phase, already under way and representing an investment of €4 bn, is due to last until 2030 and will integrate new environmental strategy… The complex and innovative projects will provide a new face for this gigantic urban redevelopment program, which has already achieved international prominence.
