The latest edition of the very popular SeCA Exhibition will soon be opening its doors at the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
It's an opportunity for many companies to optimize their customer relations services.
A veritable laboratory of technical innovations for call centres, the SeCA Exhibition is a showcase for the latest market trends: cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), interactive voice response systems, VoIP, etc. A number of conferences will be organized to explain the benefits these solutions can offer.
