Tomorrow’s health professionals are trained in Provence
The Aix-Marseille Academy is a multi-faceted center of education and training, with more than 100,000 students, including 18,000 in Life and Health Sciences.
On a single site, Marseille hosts:
- Schools of Medicine with 7,095 students
- A school of pharmacy with 2,048 students
- A school of dentistry with 482 students
All paramedical and lab technician courses are offered.
In order to meet the needs of businesses, the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Luminy (ESI) trains engineers in Biological Engineering.
Higher education courses specializing in health management are also offered by Euromed Management, the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (Institute of Business Management), and Instituts Universitaires Technologiques (University Institutes of Technology).
