Espace Mode Mediterranee : a centre for the promotion and organisation
of the fashion trade, and an observatory for the profession
The Espace Mode Mediterranee (Mediterranean
Fashion Space) is a concept unique in Europe, bringing together
the culture and economy of the fashion business in a single 30,000
square feet site :
- The Musée de la Mode,
a museum dedicated to contemporary fashion from 1945 to the present
day
- The Centre de Documentation Multimédia
open to students and professionals,
- The Institut Mode Méditerranée,
economic observatory and centre of sector expertise,

Fashion Street
At the very heart of the Opera district, the
rue de la Tour has been renovated and dedicated to fashion and
fashion accessories. Since its official opening in 1998, this
place has been known as " Fashion Street ".
