Further to its takeover in January 2011 by its present owner Eric Varin and his wife Joëlle, the sales development manager, the Biscuiterie Sainte Victoire in Trets is on a roll! With a new oven already installed, new clients, new recipes for traditional Provence cookies and a soon-to-be launched website, the company has passed this milestone without abandoning the secret of its success, the traditional way of making its cookies.
