In an effort to reaffirm and continuously improve Marseille.s position among the Top 20 European cities, the Marseille Provence CCI focuses on a set of predefined objectives which include the development of businesses and corporate headquarters. To meet this objective, the CCI and the Bouches-du-Rhône Conseil Général support the work of Provence Promotion, responsible for promoting the region.s greatest economic assets, identifying new projects, supplying new investors in the region with essential services and supporting their development in the Marseille Provence region.

Contributing to building a regional economy that attracts new business investment is one of the key priorities set by the Bouchesdu- Rhône Conseil Général. The Conseil Général promotes the region.s economy by continuing to support existing assets and by investing in public amenities and infrastructure facilities, with a particular focus on transportation and multi-modal transit infrastructures.Their mission is to strengthen the region.s international, European and Mediterranean perspectives as well as its competitive advantages.
