Inventing the transport and logistics of tomorrow

The CRET-LOG: a university research laboratory in management science specializing in the logistics field.

Since its creation in 1973, the CRET-LOG has been involved in academic and applied research in the fields of transport economics and company management.
Intent on developing research into management science, the laboratory's team devoted itself to logistics at a very early stage and went on to become the acknowledged leaders in the field in France.

With its more than 40 researchers and university lecturers and Ph.D. students, the CRET-LOG research team's mission is to produce, exchange and pass on scientific knowledge through three types of activity: research, higher education and studies or expert consultancy work carried out for private or public sector partners.

Its research covers six main areas:

-  Logistics management in an international environment;
-  Company management, performance and value creation;
-  Supply chain management and player strategy;
-  Information systems and organization management;
-  Logistics and the environment;
-  Socioeconomics of transport and planning.
